During the Covid Pandemic period, I was offered a Covid Forbearance plan by LoanDepot. The started XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. No payments but I had the option at the end of the period to repay the arrears in full in XX/XX/XXXX or Modification plan and arrears will be added to the balance. I accepted the Modification plan in XXXX and made some payments towards the arrears. They stated that no delinquency or late payments would be reported to the 3 credit bureaus. The put me on a trial period plan where I make 4 straight payments then I will have a regular payment plan. I have done everything that was asked of me, and it can be verified. This morning, XX/XX/XXXX, I received alerts from the 3 credit bureaus that I had 120 days late and it dropped my credit scores XXXX points!!!!
