On XX/XX/2022 I purchased a toilet from the XXXX XXXX website XXXX. The cost of the toilet plus the delivery charge was {$130.00} and the charge was billed to my Capitalone Credit card with numbers ending in XXXX. The toilet I received from XXXX was different from the one I ordered and did not match the description, measurements, or photos. The toilet I ordered was supposed to be XXXX inches from the floor to the top of the bowl NOT INCLUDING THE SEAT. But in the photo I took, you will see that the toilet I received is 17.5 inches high and this is WITHOUT measuring the seat. Also, the toilet I ordered was supposed to be 33.5 inches from the floor to the top of the toilet tank. But you will see in the photo I took, the toilet I received is 32.5 inches from the floor to the top of the toilet tank. I did not catch the error until my plumber installed the toilet and I contacted XXXX XXXX to ask them for help in resolving their error of sending the wrong toilet. I asked for a refund or store credit but the company 's customer service agents disconnected me multiple times during the chat process and didn't return my email messages. Because CapitalOne does not have a process when I can file an online complaint and because I want to save money on postage by sending letters through the mail, I would like to use this platform to officially file a dispute for the {$130.00} charge since I did not receive the item I ordered and paid for.
