I Reported ID Theft In XXXX of XXXX In XXXX AZ I never lived in XXXX Arizona at any time, XXXX Still has this Address in my credit report and other False information in my credit report I have had a bank account With Wells-Fargo from XX/XX/XXXX until XXXX at witch time I had closed that account Because Wellsfargo also denied me credit because of that information. I Have been On SSI from XXXX and had direct deposit set up for some time and wellsfargo was aware of that.I have also been denied access or opportunity to change my information, and denied Credit because of information that XXXX Provides
