According to the stipulations under the Navient settlement my loans should have been dismissed. They have my email information ans phone because they call and email on a regular. But I try to go in and make sure my mailing address is correct and the personal info they have in order to get into the account is wrong. It keeps telling me I'm putting in the wrong social or birth date, so how do I know if they should even be servicing me. They continue to tell me I have to go online to update info but I can't get past sign in page.
