I filed a dispute with Wells Fargo on XX/XX/2022 after noticing fradulent charges made on my account. I was given a claim # XXXX. I received an email today on the XXXX day stating the claim is complete. I reached out to the bank and was told my claim was denied and they could not give me any more information. I requested to have the documentation on how the fraudulent charges were investigated. I was told because of federal regulations they could not provide that information. Its very convient that the bank would wait until day 9 to claim they investigated the charges and deny the claim. Clearly there was never an investigation and they can not provide me proof. I asked for a supervision and was placed on hold for an entire hour for them to drop the call. Again they waited until day 9 to say the claim is denied its so obvious that this bank has unfair practices and it needs to be address on a higher level.
