I first challenged the public record on my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX with the credit Bureaus because I was unsure of this information : Us Bankruptcy Court XXXX XXXXXXXX Reference number XXXX - XXXX XXXX Dismissed. I spoke with a Bankruptcy Lawyer in XXXX but NEVER filed any paperwork or did anything else, I was just inquiring. I saw this information on my report and challenged with the Credit Bureaus on XX/XX/XXXX. They responded back that it was accurate which I was confused about, so I researched the FCRA and it stated I needed to reach out to the original creditor, the Bankruptcy court. I have attached the information that they responded to me with in which they DO NOT send information to the credit bureaus. This is perplexing because pursuant to the section 611, paragraph 5, subsection A, of the FCRA, they are supposed to delete this information if its not verifiable, which I've proven. I I'm requesting you to remove this item, as required, by law, due to lack of verification. You, as a credit bureau, willing provided false information, which is illegal under federal law. I have sent the corresponding paperwork to the Credit Bureaus again on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX but to no avail which is what brought me to this process. I request this information be deleted because I have proved it is inaccurate an non verifiable
