On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from the company XXXX. I signed a contract agreeing to have XXXX finance the vehicle and that I would pay XXXX for the loan. A couple of days after the purchase I received an email stating that I would be responsible for paying a company called Bridgecrest for the financing of this vehicle. I have since received many phone calls and text messages from this company. I have never heard of a company called Bridgecrest. The name Bridgecrest is nowhere to be found within my retail purchase agreement with XXXX. It was never disclosed to me that I would be doing business with a company called Bridgecrest, in the contract or otherwise. How can XXXX contract me unknowingly with a third-party? This is misrepresentation, fraudulent conveyance and fraud on the inducement of the contract. I sent Bridgecrest a notarized notice dated XX/XX/XXXX stating I would be exercising my consumer protected right to rescind from the contract under title 15 United States code 1635 due to fraud. Bridgecrest returned my notice to me and stated that my debt with them was verified and that I still have their vehicle. How can the vehicle be Bridgecrests vehicle? I bought the car from XXXX.
