I spoke with a supervisor on XX/XX/2022 ( Ticket # : XXXX ) and was told the late payment would be removed from my reports, however, this never happened. Additionally, according to the CARES act " If your account is already delinquent and you make an agreement, and you bring your account current, the creditor must report that you are current on your loan or account.
