My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am writing this complaint myself, there is no third party involved. After reviewing my most recent credit report from EXPERIAN I noticed fraudulent and unauthorized inquiries on my report. I have filed an FTC report and sent EXPERIAN a handwritten notice ( tracking # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) with instruction to delete the inquiries within 4 days, pursuant to 15 USC 1681c-2. I am also requesting a full record of how the collection account from XXXX XXXX was validated and verified. EXPERIAN must prove to me that they are in full compliance with the FCRA and FDCPA, as I'm aware that credit reporting is voluntary and not mandatory, I do not recall giving XXXX XXXX written permission to report private potentially negative information to a third party, nor did EXPERIAN receive such consent from me. It is against federal law to report alleged debt when the account has not been properly verified and validated with original documentary evidence. EXPERIAN must provide me with such documentary evidence or remove the XXXX XXXX account immediately.
