I sent a letter to each of the TransUnion on XX/XX/2022 via certified mail. This is the tracking number for the letter XXXX. The letter was sent to the credit bureau so they can investigate the inaccurate information on my credit report and delete or correct the disputed items that are listed in each letter. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act Title 15 U.S. Code 1681 et seq., and the Code of Federal Regulations Title 12, Chapter 2, Part 222 et seq. inaccurate information and discrepancies should not be on my credit report. Also according to 15 U.S. Code 6802, I have the right to privacy and my nonpublic personal information is not supposed to be disclosed to any nonaffiliated third party.The attached documents will show that my Federally protected consumer rights have been violated.
