My credit score had been dropped significantly due to incorrect account information. Im in the process of mortgage loan modification with XXXXXXXX XXXX after XXXX month Covid forbearance. I chose loan modification as my repayment option and resumed monthly mortgage payment ( starting with XXXX month trial payment ) right after XXXX month Covid forbearance and never missed payments since XXXX. however, outsourced XXXX XXXX loss mitigation dept is keep delaying loan modification process and never finalizing nor updating the status of my loan account. Seems like, loss mitigation dept and XXXX XXXX are not communicating each other, As a result, XXXXXXXX XXXX reported my mortgage account as delinquent. How can i revert back my credit score? XXXXXXXX XXXX eliminated their mortgage dept. couple month ago and outsourced mortgage service to other company and outsourced servicing firm is not finalizing my loan modification document. They supposed to finish modification process last XXXX after XXXX month trial payments. Please help me.
