To Whom It May Concern : In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. I am not asking for an update, but I am demanding for this account to be deleted from my consumer report immediately because of these violations. XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX : has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. Please see screen shot below of inaccurate information being reported on my consumer report. Account Status for all three bureaus are not the same. High credit for all three bureaus is not the same. Credit limit for XXXX is missing but the other two bureaus have a number. Last reported date is all different across all three bureaus. Date of last activity are all different between Transunion and XXXX and XXXX last active date is missing. Date of last payment is missing for XXXX and XXXX but is being reported for Transunion. If you are getting the same information from the same creditor, why is the reported information on my consumer report all different or missing. High credit limit is vastly different across all three bureaus. These inaccuracies and incomplete missing information are a violation of 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ). I am demanding a complete deletion of this account off my consumer file immediately. Please see screenshot of inaccurate and incomplete reported information below : if the creditor is furnishing the same info why is the information different and/or missing. Please delete.
