The first notice violated 1024.37 ( c ) ( 1 ) ( i ) because they informed me that they were purchasing insurance inside of the required forty-five days notice from the date coverage ended due to being dropped by my insurance company. My coverage ended XXXX/XXXX/22, they sent the first notice of purchasing forced insurance on XXXX/XXXX/22. They received my new information info on XXXX/XXXX/22, the date they also cancelled the forced insurance. There was no reason to charge me for insurance they chose to purchase.
