On XX/XX/2022 I deposited 2 checks just opened the account like 1 or 2 weeks prior so first I deposited XXXX form my personal bank account to unlock mobile deposit. As I unlock this i deposited 2 checks one for XXXX this check went though and another one for XXXX. The check for XXXX $ did not go though and this was I check I got mailed for form a wager I won form a guy online. After this check had not went though they frozen my account try and waited patiently for the security team to contact me its been 3 weeks no call back. I've tired reaching the company though other ways which no one could help my situation. I need the money in my account to pay rent and upcoming bills there currently XXXX $ in this frozen account that I have not been able to access for 3 weeks.
