I went through a bankruptcy in 2019. The majority of all debt was immediately removed from my credit report, except for a few. These few still show up on my credit reports as delinquent or paid late, even though they were never paid late up until the bankruptcy. Regardless, they are listed as " negative '' on my credit report and have a severe impact on my credit history, in addition to fixing my credit after a bankruptcy due to family medical bills. The credit bureaus refuse to remove the information, even though they should no longer be on my credit report after the bankruptcy went through 3-years ago. They should have been removed after the bankruptcy was complete, just like the other debt.
