I am a Wells Fargo customer. A direct deposit was supposed to show up in my checking account 2 days ago but something is clearly wrong with the system. I am not able to pay my rent. I already have to pay the late fees for my bills and now I face eviction if they do not solve this problem quickly. I went to a Wells Fargo branch and the staff there said it was because of the XXXX of XXXX holiday and asked me to wait. On the website, I can only see " If you see incorrect balances or missing transactions, we apologize for this issue. Your accounts continue to be secure and we're working quickly on a resolution. ''
