At the beginning of XX/XX/2022 an account with Net Credit was reported to the credit bureaus, this account was established in XXXX of 2022. I have knowledge of this account. I contacted Net Credit Customer Support at ( XXXX ) XXXX XX/XX/2022, I started calling to get information on this fraudulent account. I have been calling for almost a month and can't get anyone on the line. After the initial introduction on the automated call there is nothing but silence on the line, I than sat on hold for over 30 minutes multiple times over the course of a week and a half with never being to speak to someone. I found a contact email XXXX on Net Credit website www.netcredit.com but was told they couldn't give me any information because the email I was communicating from was on the account. I replied stating I have no Idea what email or phone number is on the account because I didn't start the account. I sent an email asking for validation of the debt to be sent to my home address but have yet to receive it. Calling into Net Credit isn't getting me anywhere either which makes me feel like the company is a scam and does things like this all the time.
