I obtained a copy of my Experian consumer report in XX/XX/XXXX. I have identified information on my consumer report that are a result of identity theft. I did not provide written permission or instructions for the identified transactions to be reported on my consumer report. I have requested that the recording of this information be blocked and deleted immediately by Experian. My request to block and delete is not being made in error, nor is my request to block and delete being made on the basis of a material misrepresentation of fact by me relevant to the request to block and delete the identified transactions. Although I sent a ten page Affidavit of Fact which highlights specific accounts and account numbers as provided by Experian, along with copies of government identification and Social Security Card, all which were sent via USPS Certified Mail # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX through Notary Presentment, and received by Experian on XX/XX/XXXX, Experians response to my CFPB complaint is that I did not specify the accounts in question and for me to send Experian my government identification, social security card and a utility bill. In my telephone with an Experian representative on XX/XX/XXXX, I let the representative know that these items are not related to any transactions completed by me. I did not provide written permission or instructions for the identified transactions to be reported on my consumer report.The identified transactions are not information related to any transaction by me as the consumer.
