I have sent XXXX letters on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding Acct # XXXX and which they have violated The Cares Act by that they are not to report late payments to the credit reporting agencies during that time and I was positive for cover at the time. Its not supposed to reflect on my credit report and therefore must be updated to actively reflect a clean positive payments history. NO XXXX day late payment on XX/XX/XXXX which is current and consistent with The Cares Act. XXXX XXXX XXXX sends a letter saying they can't show favoritism and remove the XXXX day late pay? Is XXXX XXXX XXXX aware that they are violating laws? Thank You, XXXX XXXX
