I have notice an account on my consumer profile upon return from XXXX XXXX, someone opened a fraudulent account in my name and was paying it somehow but i noticed it when i started getting notifications from my consumer profile report. i have stated to this company and now i am notifying the credit bureaus that this is a fraudulent account obtain in my name. i asked this company to send the original contract with my wet signature, the company could not provide this information therefore proving that this contract is fraud and does not exsist. i am the only natural person that can validate or give consent of an obligation that you the debtor says belongs to me 15 USC 1692 ( E ) this is a violation of federal law. I dispute the validity of this fraudulent account which the company has failed to show or provide me with the original contract. This has caused me hardship because i have not been able to obtain credit because of this companies failure to remove debt in 30 days i have filed an affidavit in federal court for damages pursuant to federal law! 5 USC 1692 ( K ) this company is liable to such person the sum of 1,000 according to the F.and can be filed in the U.S. District Court This company must be removed from my consumer profile XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
