I missed three payments in XXXX due to XXXX XXXX failing to contact me about the end of deferment ( They had my XXXX address ). Now with the transfer Edfinancial added a missed payment for XX/XX/XXXX even tho I only missed XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX of XXXX. I'm just a poor XXXX XXXX old trying to buy a house for my family and XXXX XXXX XXXX companies keep ruining my credit.
