In 2016, XXXX charge me for non-return of equipment. They had a drop box at their location which I used to return the equipment. They failed to scan in the equipment but agreed to remove the charge. Now Waypoint has purchased the erroneous debt and is trying to collect on it which adversely affected my credit score. I've called Waypoint but can't talk with a live person. Very frustrating!
