I have asked Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX that are reporting bankruptcies on my credit report to disclose method of verification on the alleged bankruptcies they are reporting. All have replied to me claiming that XXXX XXXX verified the information. Appalled by that information, I went directly to XXXX XXXX/Bankruptcy Courts and in response to my inquiry they all claim to have NEVER verified any of this information with any of the three credit bureaus listed above. This would mean that as of XX/XX/2022, these alleged bankruptcies are considered UNVERIFED. I am aware, the FCRC states the following : A CRA must remove inaccurate or unverified information from its files, usually within 30 days after disputing. However, the CRA is not required to remove accurate data from your file unless it is outdated ( as described below ) or can not be verified.
