My name is XXXX, and I have been a victim of identity theft. Someone has stolen and used my personal information to open an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2016. I don't know how this person got ahold of my personal information but I am sure I have never given anybody my personal information nor have I given anybody to open this account on my behalf. I have tried to fix this with the credit reporting agencies as they're the only people still reporting this account to me. I have verified with XXXX XXXX XXXX and have a letter confirming that this account doesn't belong to me but Experian is still reporting it to me and will not block and delete this account of my report, even tho all my documents are valid as stated by a supervisor in whom has requested these documents.
