I have had my account closed yet account details show I have money in my account. I have charges added to an account and credits moved in my name on an account I have no access to. My account says that I have paid an amount that the bank refuses to give me access to. The bank refuses to give me evidence of a legal binding contract with my signature as well as their signature. Upon requesting my contract I was redirected and sent from person to person with no resolution until finally I was sent some literature said to be my contract, yet had no identifiers to me. The bank refuses to show me proof of their consideration equal to my {$5000.00} deposit. The bank has classified me as a corporation and ignored my human rights to live as a man and has attempted to deceive me when I asked for clarification. I have asked for my legal contract and my account history to prove they have been charging me illegal fees. This bank has retaliated and attempted to intimidate me by moving my deposit date causing automated bills to not go through while they casually offer to release my funds on the regular date for a fee. This has transpired for 8 plus months. When I contacted the depositor of my funds as the bank requested I was told it was not on their end as nothing had changed. I move my deposits to a respected institution just to see my funds deposited on its origin release date that this bank mysteriously had no reason as to how this was possible. Ive called to resolve this matter but have cleverly been given misinformation. Said misinformation can proven to be beneficial for this bank monetarily and I suspect Im not their only victim as Ive dealt with multiple departments and this abuse is practiced institutionally. This bank also refuses to report my balance accurately which shows an inaccurate balance which depicts me in a negative light and has affected my financial mobility and reputation. This bank is creating instruments in my name and doing back door bookkeeping as well as using my signature for monetary gains without disclosing to me they could do this. Last contact attempt this bank hung up in my face for asking for clarity of its practices and has admitted to its misleading practices by apologizing for its associates who mislead me, who they sent to explain my contract yet knew nothing of what my contract stated, and they corrected or return some of the illegal fees collected only after rigorous complaints and suggestions of a need of an audit of my account. I have written to the president of the company only to receive more retaliatory behavior which has caused my detrimental financial hardships.
