I have been going through a very complex child custody battle since XX/XX/20. Opposing party and I were NEVER married, never lived together, resided in two different states. Never shared or conjoined any bank accounts, NOTHING. I raised my daughter for 10 yrs.and I never received ANYTHING FROM OPPOSING PARTY. His attorney issued a subpoena to my Discover Credit Cards Co. demanding they produce all my personal and private information ( attached ). Discover is claiming they will comply with request if I dont produce a court order saying otherwise. However, the subpoena is NOT court ordered, it is NOT signed by a judge, merely a request. I reached out to Discover and made it very clear that I DO AUTHORIZE THE RELEASE OF ANY OF MY PERSONAL AND PRIVATE INFORMATION.
