My wife XXXX XXXX purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. She purchased the Ally Financial Premium warranty as a part of her purchase which was included the financing. Her deductible is only suppose to be {$100.00} for covered work. Ally Financial is constantly balking at the deductible and wants my wife to pay more out of pocket for covered work. Ally Financial has tried to changes the terms of the agreement on several occasions. It seems more like a bait and switch tactic than an actual warranty.
