I was assured no money would be on HOLD. BUT 24 hour hold on funds TO MOVE TO A SAVING ACCOUNT AND WOULD BECOME AVAILABLE ONCE THE FUNDS IS IN MY ACCOUNT LONG STORY SHORT THE REPRESENTATIVE MISLEAD ME AND SEVERAL OTHERS UNTIL IT WAS TO LATE
