On XXXX of 2021 my student loans with XXXX XXXX servicing were transferred to cornerstone lending. I then refinanced them with XXXX. The account still shows as open on my Equifax credit report. Both XXXX and XXXX have updated my credit report to show the accounts as paid and closed. Unfortunately Equifax refuses to do so. I have submitted multiple requests to them to update my credit report and they continue to deny the request. I have included a letter from XXXX servicing showing the accounts have been paid in full and are closed with a {$0.00} balance.
