To Whom It May Concern : My name is XXXX XXXX, and I am writing you today because I would like to submit a complaint to address what I believe are discrepancies on my credit report. In preparation to purchase a new home in the future, I obtained my credit report and noticed several accounts that are of concern require attention. I hope to gain the correct information directly related to the accounts that are currently listed on my credit report. I am unsure about the correctness of some of the accounts that reviewed and I am not entirely convinced that all the information within these reporting accounts is true. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I have the right to challenge anything I am not sure is precise. There are also accounts that appeared to be unfamiliar and I have no knowledge of their existence which provoked me to write this letter with the intent to correct information that has been incorrectly reported. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act XXXX the following accounts have violated my rights : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Title 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681 section 602 A states I have the right to privacy. Title 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 604 A Section 2. It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written consent to do so. Title 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681i ( a ) declares reporting accounts on your credit profile which can not provide irrefutable proof of the account in question must be deleted. Should the aforementioned be found to be applicable to any of the mentioned accounts, please remove or delete them from my profile. Should you initiate an investigation it will be very much appreciated. I understand that a thorough investigation takes a period of fifteen days for completion. After the investigation has begun and has been completed, please remove the accounts with discrepancies in direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I would also like to formally request a report of your findings and what representatives had access to my personal information while the investigation commenced. Once again, thank you in advance for your time as you review the following accounts for accuracy in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
