Consumer Narrative
Discover is reporting a debt on my XXXX report as being owed. This is inaccurate. I do not have a signed contract with this company nor an agreement stating I owe this account or company. I have now submitted disputes to all the bureaus accounts for them to validate this debt on my report and to provide the written and signed contracts reporting the debt. This company is violating FCRA consumer laws by reporting inaccurate information and I am requesting that this account be removed from my credit file immediately. All this is causing me so much emotional stress and I will move forward with legal action if not. Thank you.
