To Whom It May Concern, I am a natural living person and no credit repair organization is representing me. On XXXX, XX/XX/2022 a complaint was submitted to Experian due to incorrect information on my consumer report ( ID XXXX ). Experian stated in writing that they verified the information, but they failed to provide me with strong evidence of their investigation. Since your company provided no information or evidence of substance ( such as an original consumer contract with my signature ) it leads me to believe that a proper investigation was not conducted ; therefore, Im questioning the accuracy and integrity of your response according to CFR 1022.41 ( d ) ( 2 ) ( 3 ) ( i ). According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), you are required by federal law to verify - through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract - any and all accounts you post on a credit report. Otherwise, anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail, or email in a fraudulent account. I demand to see the Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) you have on file for the account listed. Your failure to effectively verify this account has hurt my ability to obtain credit and general reputation. Under the FCRA, unverified accounts must be removed and if you can not provide me a copy of the verifiable proof, you must remove the account listed in this complaint. I am also requesting a complete annual file disclosure as required under section 612 ( a ) of the FCRA, 15 U.S.C. 1681j ( a ), via mail. Notarized letters and a copy of my identity have been included and sent via certified mail to the address provided in the complaint id listed above.
