THIS IS NOT a request for verification or validation of debt. This is a NOTICE & DEMAND to EQUIFAX that the listed institutions ATTACHED in the notice have not conformed and are currently reporting in non-compliance with the following Gramm Leach Bliley Act. I never received the required Privacy Notices from these corporations that EQUIFAX is reporting on my consumer report. By publishing these non-compliant account ( s ) on my credit profile and distributing them to 3rd parties you are INTENTIONALLY DAMAGING my reputation, are infringing on my unalienable rights to privacy and damaging my credit worthiness. Also, I did not give any " credit bureau '' corporation permission to report any late payments and negative items to my report. EQUIFAX is a third party corporation and I did not give EQUIFAX permission or authority to use or communicate my information with any third parties under USC 1692c ( a ). EQUIFAX assembled a consumer report without my authority. This is identity theft.
