I received an alert that XXXX pulled a hard inquiry without my consent, and others are complaining of the same on XXXX and XXXX. I, along with thousands, have not been able to pay my bill or access my account in over 3 weeks, no online payments, or customer service etc. is available. So not only did XXXX report as delinquent which dropped my score, now they pulled a hard inquiry for some reason and dropped my score even more and as of today they are still unreachable and the website is down.
