I have a collection account that I paid on XX/XX/24 to Convergent Outsourcing, for account number XXXX. I paid the account in full, yet they still show the full balance as being owed on their own website. I try to call them to see when it will be fixed but every time I call, no matter what number or time of day I call, they always say they cant take my call. I can not speak to anyone there at all, no one ever answers my emails, calls, anything. Please help me.
