Hi I bank with Wells Fargo for checking and savings, I am XXXX XXXX XXXX! I paid my mortgage payment in error twice through bill pay from my Wells Fargo checking account! When I noticed the error I contacted my mortgage holder which is XXXX XXXX! They expedited it to send the extra payment back to my Wells Fargo Checking Account w/ Confirmation that the payment was reversed back on XX/XX/XXXX! Since then I have put in two claims XXXX XXXX ' talked to management & after 3 weeks XXXX XXXX XXXX refuses to put the money back in my account?? The first claim number I placed was XXXX with a Team Lead named XXXX on the XXXX? Below is the other claim number and email I received? XXXX did their job by sending the money back! XXXX XXXX has still refused to track and/or put back in my account! I need that money back in my XXXX XXXX Checking Account ASAP! Please assist w/ this as usually they provide a temp credit while they are confirming the funds have been sent back? This has not been done! I still XXXX weeks after XXXX reversed the payment on XX/XX/XXXX!
