I XXXX XXXX submitting this claim myself and no third party is involved. I XXXX XXXX, a natural person, and creditor of a open ended credit plan was denied my right of credit by Capital One. I was notified of this transgression of my rights, specifically 15 USC 16001-T.I.L.A, by Capital One. Via U.s mail. According to the 15 USC 1602, I as a natural person possessing an open-end credit plan was harmed by Capital Ones adverse action taken against me, Capital One admitted to using a credit scoring system that assigns a numerical value on information in my credit report. Capital One admitted XXXX the credit reporting agency advised them to share my PRIVATE info via my credit consumer report. According to 15 USC 1602 ( p ) XX/XX/XXXX Never had my permission to allow Capital One to view my non public private information in result I received no benefit from this credit transaction. Capital One adverse action against me, denying my rights, of which the civil damages pursuant to 15 USC 1640 ( a ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( iii ) are up to {$5000.00}. Capital One is now civically liable to pay me for the damages.
