this collector has been calling everyday, i was told my medical bill was paid for by my XXXX insurance should have paid for it, but later, they submitted 2 derogatory remarks on credit report. So, i paid XXXX for settlement, but i was told the medical insurance paid for it. but i dont need any of this on my credit report. i would really like for them to refund me my XXXX if my insurance paid for it.
