Consumer Narrative
I saw illegal accounts that were not mine on my profile report. I'm upset that you put the information below in my credit profile and that you don't follow good practices to make sure your credit reports are as accurate as possible. Laws about credit reporting make sure that agencies only report 100 % correct credit information. At each step, the information should be checked to make sure it is correct and accurate. The information that goes with this should be looked into. After carefully getting my credit report from your agency, I am having a hard time finding accounts that are wrong or don't exist. Because of the Equifax data breach, I don't know anything about these things or the wrong information. This is because my information may have gotten into the wrong hands. You are reporting carelessly and wrongly, and you are not following the FRCA. I know that as a federally protected consumer you have no legal standing and can't hire a lawyer to fight me. I'll ask for a default judgment and file a class action lawsuit for violations, stress, and menstrual anguish, as well as at least 1 percent of the corporation under TILA 1640, OR ANY OTHER AMOUNT OF DAMAGES UNDER 1692K.
