I HAVE TRIED ON NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER WITH TRANSUNION. TRANSUNION CONTINUES TO ACT IN NEGLIGENCE. THEY ARE REPORTING INACCURATE INFORMATION ON MY CREDIT REPORT AND THEY WILL NOT REMOVE IT. I HAVE SENT OVER SEVERAL LETTERS ASKING THEM TO REMOVE THE ITEMS AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT RESPONDED. SO FAR THEY ARE STILL REPORTING A XXXX XXXX and XXXX BANKRUPTCY AND AN AUTO LOAN AND SEVERAL FRAUDULENT INQUIRIES. I HAVE ALSO SENT OVER SEVERAL COPIES OF MY FTC REPORT EXPLAINING THE CIRCUMSTANCES AND THEY HAVE YET TO RESPOND.
