I was attempting to get a XXXX loan for school from XXXX XXXX. They did a hard inquiry on XXXX XXXX and then wanted a co-signer. They were sending me info that was incorrect and someone from XXXX XXXX talked me into doing another application and said it would only be a soft inquiry and would not affect my score. This was only 29 days apart. Immediately on transition my score dropped and there are two educational hard inquiries on my file within 30 days. I know this is not correct and they should have only done one hard inquiry. I contacted XXXX XXXX and they put it off on TransUnion. I contacted TransUnion and they said XXXX XXXX has to send something. I want this inquiry into off my credit report. Please help me as neither agency will do what they are supposed to do.
