Account was disputed, got deleted and reappeared on credit report with a different amount of what the collection agency ( XXXX XXXX ) sent me and also account is showing open when in fact its already in collection. 15 USC 1681 Section 602 A : States i have the right to privacy 15 USC Section 604 A section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 1 ) account cant be in collection and still remains open 2 ) Agency violated my rights 3 ) Agency failed to mark account as disputed 4 ) Account has differnt amount from what the collection agency sent me on letter attached.
