On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX file dispute with each credit report agency XXXX, Equixfax and XXXX. I reached out to them because of inaccurate information that is being reported. I had a account with XXXX consumer which was open on XXXX XXXX I have suffered a lot with that company they increased the payment that I should be paying each month when the account wass open without informing me and then covid came in I lost my income due to an injury the account was not in a charge off state and it closed XX/XX/2021 but I have noticed that the credit agency 's keep reporting it as Charge off even though the account was closed and that is illegal according to the FCRA 623 provisions. The dispute was completed and the only thing XXXX did was update the information after I requested it to be deleted from my report. If you take a look at the attached information on my credit you will see that information is on my credit but no payment history on XXXX but have a charge off the information is not reported accurately and I need it removed that's utterly ridiculous and it's causing confusion. According to the FCRA Treatment of Inaccurate or Unverifiable Information ( A ) In general. If, after any reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall ( i ) promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer, or modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation; and ( ii ) promptly notify the furnisher of that information that the information has been modified or deleted from the file of the consumer. After the investigation has been completed and the account removed from my credit I would like for each XXXX, Equixfax and XXXX to send me an updated report of my credit after the investigation has been complete.
