have attached my identifying documents, this is proof of identity for all correspondences for this communication. The credit reporting agency has over reached and violated my privacy rights via 15 USC 6802-Obligations with respect to disclosures of personal information. Consumer reporting agencies may not disclose nonpublic personal information pursuant15 USC 6802a ( 6 ( a ) ) the Fair Credit Reporting Act establishes this protection to me as a federally protected consumer. Per 15 USC 1681a ( 4 ) There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and respect for the consumer 's right to privacy. This is a violation of the Credit Reporting Act Section 1681b ( c ) which constitutes fraudulent activity and is also a serious breach of my privacy rights. Please delete these fraudulent inquiries immediately from any records that are on your system or validate these inquiries by providing me with copies of any documentation associated with these accounts bearing my signature and/or my written permission authorizing an inquiry, per Federal & State statutes. Furthermore, I also demand you, XXXX produce a contract between you and I bearing my signature showing that I gave you permission to furnish any information on my behalf. In the absence of any such documentation bearing my signature, I formally request that these fraudulent inquiries be immediately deleted from the credit file you maintain under my Social Security number.
