I did not consent to or benefit from the following information : XXXX, XXXX, & Experian listed on my consumer report, block or remove the following account XXXX XXXX, Under 15 U.S. Code 1681 a ( 2 ) ( B ) Exclusions from a consumer report this account is in violation, any credit transaction is supposed to be excluded from a consumer credit report, if a social security card was used in the transaction. Additionally, under 15 U.S Code 1681b Permissible purposes of consumer reports, I never gave you any written consent to report anything on my consumer report and no consent is FRAUD! If the account is investigated and your results come back as verified or accurate, understand that under the exclusion section youre not supposed to include factual information and theyre supposed to interview my neighbors, friends, or associates. If the account is not removed you are civilly liable for reporting the information and its also inaccurate.
