I have been contacting them since XX/XX/2022 asking for PMI removal. They eventually sent a response asking for a payment to get a BPO. I promptly submitted my payment. The appraiser made an appointment and completed appraisal. Appraiser confirmed sending it in to the company, but will not give me a copy. DOVENMUEHLE has not responded to my repeated requests for a status report and a copy of the appraisal. I have sent several secure communications through their website and made attempts at phone calls with messages, none were responded to. This company is intentionally ignoring and delaying the process. I would like a refund of PMI charged since my initial request.
