XXXX is purposely NOT helping me with my credit inquiries. I keep getting letters like this, even though I ; 've sent in mutipal times ALL of my ID + more then they ask for. This letter is just another example of their XXXX. I'm asking CFPD to step in ASAP and get them to STOP sending these letters and also REMOVE the account in question from all my previous complaints. I'm living in XXXX XXXX thus I have help from a counselor here at a men 's selter ( like today ) to get paperwork sent in. I've been dealing with this since XXXX of this year. WAY TOO LONG for a person to be going through a VERY bad time. Yes, I'm depressed and genuinely wish I were dead because of their LACK of help on this. WILL SOMEONE DO SOMETHING TO HELP ME OUT!!!!
