Sometime last year, my loan servicing was transferred over to PHH Mortgage. Almost instantly, I started to receive a barrage of emails, and postal letters, and even phone calls trying to upsell me and sending unsolicited requests to try to refinance my house. When i say a barrage, I mean EVERYDAY I would receive a new message in postal mail, and several times a week I would get emails about home mortgage refinancing ... home equity loans... literally anything and everything you likely never wanted to do with your mortgage. It was unending. To the point that I finally reached out to PHH and requested they stop. I got an email saying they would. The torrent subsided slightly... but only slightly. I can not get off their mailing list. I can not seem to get it through their heads to not call me on the phone to try to sell me on some XXXX mortgage product. They seem to survive by harassing their own customers. I just want to be left alone.
