I used to have a Mortgage in 2019 with XXXX XXXX XXXX. this Mortgage company for the several months stop sending mortgage bills and told me, I no longer had an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX ... that they were bought out and taken over by another Mortgage company. I was told to wait until the new Mortgage company would generate a new account number and new billing cycle ... .which took several months, because the XXXX XXXX XXXX had been acquired and many customers complaint were coming into thier XXXX # /// Because my account took several months to transfer all my customer mortgage information to the new Mortgage company, i was told to wait before making a payment and wait for the new bill to arrived, which took several months. I would like my late payment removed from XXXX XXXX XXXX in all of 2019 ... .this problem, was the mortgage company 's fault for bad customer service and lack for billing no longer being sent to my home address and also my online records were no longer available, the website no longer was working to make payments in 2019 from XXXX to XX/XX/2019.
