Received Collection Notice from Credit Collection Services ( CCS ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MA XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2022. Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NY XXXX Amount : {$290.00} For XXXX and XXXX XXXX at an address in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, California XXXX Note : I live in XXXX Florida and have for the last 65 years. Contacted CCS and was advised to contact XXXX XXXX directly. I explained to both companies that this was clearly a case of ID Theft. Contacted XXXX and they sent me a XXXX XXXX which was submitted on XX/XX/2022. I demanded proof of how and who opened the account and XXXX sent me the last billing statement XX/XX/2022. ( Not proof just the statement ). Submitted information to XXXX XXXXncluding ID, XXXX XXXX, ID Theft Affidavit, etc. XXXX responded that I needed to submit a Police Report. I responded to XXXX that I needed additional information to file a police report and I did not receive a response and have not received any further communication or information. Subsequently, CCS reported the " derogatory '' debt to all three major credit bureaus on XX/XX/2022. Neither XXXX nor XXXX XXXX has responded to repeated requests for more information. I have subsequently submitted a dispute with all three credit bureaus and completed ID Theft information with each one.
